Well they have a live casino and regular casino, if you haven't already signed up, sign up through that website and when you make your first deposit, they will issue one. Wait PMM before you make a deposit! I am not able to get into the casino anymore, I can get into the live casino but not the regular casino. I can not even get anyone to answer my emails or live chats anymore. So now I'm researching which I should have done before I made my tiny deposit. It has been feeling fishy since before I deposited because everyone else signed up through the youbetgroup.co but I didn't I signed up through pitbull, so I can not get into any of the links on the youbetgroup.co website. The premier website may be okay, but maybe I am the only one having problems because I siged up through pitbull there, which is no longer I heard. Thinking about canceling my cc right about now. I made a deposit of $25.00 apparently I had two accounts and could not load the casino.... All fixed now
I also requested my YouBetGroup Visa card. I was told it could take up to two weeks. Just bought a tshirt lol! Hope it fits over my big belly!!! Slotgal did you talk to Mark Diaz? He straightened my account right away, apparently they were doing maintenance on live chat yesterday I couldn't get through either. Yes finally talked to Mark at 3:30am and he explained they were having maintenance. He said they were getting Soft Swiss software now for casino, by looking at that software looks like it is mobile friendly so hopefully we can play on tablets too. He fixed my account too said I had two accounts also. He made an extra account for me one day he was trying to fix it I think. But I don't know we will see what happens. It says login today and get a free tshirt today, but it might mean register today, got an email about the $25 visa card. They told me they have a mastercard also.
