Slot Overview
NetEnt recently launched it’s newest video slot game Aloha! Cluster Pays, a Polynesian themed slot game. I gave this new a go earlier today and I thoroughly enjoyed playing it.
Here’s a fun fact: I always believed the word Aloha to be a Hawaiian word meaning both hello and goodbye, but after a trip quick trip to Wikipedia I discovered that its actual meaning is affection, peace and compassion.
Aloha! Cluster Pays is a six reel, five row video slot. One of the first things I immediately loved about Aloha cluster pays was the cheerful vibrant graphics with its bright electric colors and smiling laughing Tiki statues. There is even a Tiki statue along side the reels that whistles, winks and dances as you play and win.
Aloha! Cluster Pays is unique in the fact that it doesn’t have any pay lines. Wins are awarded when nine or more of the same symbols appear in a cluster as the name of this game suggests. The highest paying symbols in this game are the three different Tiki statues which are red, green, and blue, each with a different facial expression. Other symbols are pineapples, coconuts, seashells, and tropical flowers. Special symbols include the Free Spin symbol as well as a substitution symbol.
The Tiki symbols appear in two sizes large which count as two symbols and small which count as one symbol and appear only during Sticky Win Re-Spin and substitution symbols.
One of aloha’s features is a Sticky Win Re-Spin. A cluster will randomly activate the Sticky Win Re-Spin. During a Sticky Win Re-Spin the winning symbols are held and all other symbols spin again. If the winning cluster size increases the symbols increasing the size of the cluster also stick and the remaining non-winning symbol spin again.
The substitution symbol is a wooden crate featuring a white question mark and it transforms into the adjacent symbol the creates the highest possible winning combination in a cluster. The substitution symbols can appear anywhere on the reels and can substitute for any symbol except for the Free Spins symbol.
The Free Spins symbol is a postage stamp with the words Free Spins on it. Three or more Free Spin symbols appearing fully or partially anywhere on the reels in the main game activates Free Spins feature. The Free Spins feature can be re-triggered.
You too can get swept away in a tropical escape with Aloha! Cluster Pays at your favorite NetEnt casinos. We recommend you try this new slot game at Maxiplay or ComeOn! Casino.
