My cash out from Bingo Hall for $779.80 was declined because I don't have a land line phone.They already have copies of my credit cards,ID,and utility bill.I guess they want me to send copy of my cell phone bill but the problem with that is my sister who lives in another state pays my cell phone bill.My name is on the bill but it has my sister's address.We both have the same last name on the bill.I have emailed accounting@bingohall.com and asked them if that would work but they are busy doing payouts.I have had an account at Bingo Hall for about 6 years in good standing and never had a problem getting paid before.The land line rule is fairly new.I have no need for a land line and wondering if I'll ever get paid.I'm upset and frustrated!My phone number has already been verified.Please help!-- Edited by belgamo on Friday 13th of August 2010 01:46:42 PM
