i tottaly agree with you scotty, i recently had a run in with live chat not at bellerock but elsewhere and the rep was horrible and they did not do the casino they representing any justice, because of him i uninstalled the casino and will never play or deposit there and its there loss, some of the live chat shouldnt be online thats for sure. I got the free spins and won $0000000000 a big fat nuthin it seriously wasnt worth playing out of 10 spins not even one pay but thats our choice if we not happy we dont go back, we got soooo many others to choose from and remember if you do have a bad experience with a live chat agent you can personally ring or email the casino and report the matter further.
