In the beginning you were supposed to be able to play by invite only. So I re-signed up thru a different email and was let in instantly. From the sounds of it to me, there is something not right for it to say Already redeemed and you have never been there before. Then they lock you out.I would go to live chat, or call, and see what they say. My gut tells me they will tell you something useless, like you already joined, when you know you didnt, or that suddenly it is by invitation only again. I have never had good luck with this Live Chat group. There is alwasy too many inconsistencies, but I wish you good luck, and would appreciate if you let us know what you find out. Always looking for information about casinos that are still quite unknown. Pam
