So apparently Bel it depends on which Customer Rep you get NICK manually inputs it and MIA refuses or selectively credits some. I hate downloading ROGUE casinos on my computer. When two or more members have the same problem then guess what theres a problem.

I would really like to know how you can call them ROUGUE? just because you didn't get a free chip?  I have cashed out there with no problems, never had a problem with support. If you going to call them rougue, it would be nice to have a little proof, like a  copy of your email interactions or live chat transcript.  it would also be nice if would post your account name so I can ask them what the issue was.I stand 100% behind all star slots.

I used the link HERE and so did other members here. Christmas had to have hers manually entered by MIA. MIA admitting problems with the code! Denny entered it from Customer support for another member. Talked to Mia on live chat, she made me copy and paste your post and send it to her on chat? Why? That is not nice customer service? I did copy and was going to post chat but when she knew that I got logged off. Now if on their end they show some other link then say computer problems but do not insult your members by saying we did not use the proper link, and then when she asked me to paste the link and I did she said thank you, take it up with Belgamo? Its Simple promote the site use the link to log on get the free chip see if you like the site deposit customer for life. Simple pimple. Not this prove it copy and paste the link. Then when I read other members are also having issues with code not working said MIA, Denny in Customer support said he would manually put in.
