Ok, well my account doesn't have an IBAN, instead it has a Roll Number, which is used for building society accounts, wouldn't it be easier for them to transfer the funds into my moneybookers account?The email for that is roulette232323@yahoo.comIf you pass that on to your rep that would be alot easier, the only problem is i have not deposited any funds from my moneybookers account, so it wont let me withdraw using that method.

 Just heard back from the rep...........There is nothing more we can really do here. They need that Iban number.
