I figured that if I sent them on Tuesdays, I would have more time to track the rep down if crediting is not done, GeenaL.   I have all 8 deposits for you on the list. Another one for $21.19 I think it was the 20th. I went to chat after to ask for a chip and had to wait for supervisor. Was e-mailed notice $15 comp bonus was in account. Don't know that this will affect my getting $13 cashback. But I didn't do diddly on it. I leave it up to you if you want to tell them we're aware. As far as I'm concerned I still think about that $1500 that seems to miss all the opportunities of getting some more of that back. Even though they cut lose with $50 after I asked, still seems outta proportion.

I don't know either what the casinos decide to do if your last chip was a player requested chip , whether to credit you or not. It's gonna be up to them, helwin. Of course, I am sending your claims in. Bet Phoenix told a member that he was not eligible for his cashback claims from last week because he went to live chat and asked for cashback from them (I am assuming he was not asking for his forum cashback). I know they are not in the same group as Win Palace, Slots Jungle and Casino Titan so they may handle cashback differently. But I am with them on this one. I feel if you have claimed cashback on any forum, you should not be asking for loyalty chips or direct cashback from the casino chat. And I say that knowing we all have that urge to play and will look for free chips somehow. I am not saying that mean or directed towards you, helwin. I am a gambler, I know all to well. I have many times gone to live chat or emailed my account manager asking for a free chip. But when I do ask, I will usually say and you don't have to give me my cashback I claimed on the forum lol Anyway, I'll send your claims in helwin and we'll see what support does under your circumstances. I think they will credit you.

Thanks mben, I didn't even think they would honor my request for something. They usually say they have to review and then don't hear anything. I just hate to miss out by assuming they won't grant me 30% cashback. If they don't want me to have it, they won't give it. If they let me to have it, then they know, like me, that I have it coming.
