 yes I did and I am planning a trip to Vegas next month. It took just over a month total to get my check but it did come in on Tuesday.
Yay! Good luck in Vegas. You should be paid a lot quicker there! hahahahahahahaI just got home from a 3 day getaway to one of our casinos a couple of hours north of me. I forgot how nice it is to collect my ticket from the slot machine and take it to the redemption machine and walk out with cash in hand.

Hi guys is there any way you can look into my withdrawal of $1500.00, I requested it on 4/21/2014, & it's still in the cashier listed as requested , I've emailed them 3 or4 times, and the first time I received a response saying it takes 5-12 business days, after it was past the time frame, I receive the same response please be patient, we're working on it, thank you for your comprehension. I spoke to an agent last night and he couldn't give me any information. IDK Maybe you can find out when they forsee the sending of the tracking number? All I know is I'm totally frustrated waiting for this check, and I would really like to play there but am unable to due to having a pending withdrawal. Thanks guys I appreciate your help. :thumb:Great news..bbzgurl! I enjoy hearing that Cleos is sending out prize money. I really wish they could do this a little quicker. After resolving my issues with them I have not heard anything else. But it's only been two weeks since I requested a cashin. I noticed recently that it's takes 5 - 6 weeks before anyone actually receives their checks. It certainly would make it more enjoyable for me to play there if I knew that I would receive my winnings in a timely manor. Just some food for thought...they ask you to rate their customer service reps after you speak with them. Maybe they should ask you to rate their processing dept. after you finally receive your cashin. I'll bet they wouldn't like that rating!!

Awwww, you're welcome, bbzgurl. I'm not sure about magic though. It had to be the timing of me asking about your cashout. But if you want to believe I have magical powers, that's fine by me! :roll:Be sure to let us know how it goes from here.

Made a deposit, got the email receipt. Gave my my Virtual Spree credits, but no money showed up in my account! Emailed support and now they want me to send them a bank statement! That's gonna cost me money! I check my transactions at the casino cashier and the transaction shows up there! So, why would I have to go get a bank statement??

 You shouldn't have to kk. I know of a few other people who have gotten deposits accepted at Cleo's and then the money did not show in their account (Mben is one of them) but no one was asked to send a bank statement and the credit was fixed within 24 hours.

krystalkittty...Just to let you know...last year I made a deposit at Cleos with a credit card.  The deposit didn't show up.  I contacted support they said I had to send them a copy of the transaction from my credit card company.  Lucky for me I had an on-line account and I immediately got a copy of the transaction and sent it to them.  Later that day I was credited with the deposit plus they gave me a bonus for the inconvience.  Yes my transaction showed up on their records also. I hope it works out for you..

Yes, it's happened to me before also. But I never checked the casino cashier to see if it actually hit Cleos. I contacted support when it happened and they said that that it was an issue with my bank, blah, blah, blah. Anyway, I waited 4-5 days and the money was put back into my bank account because Cleos never picked it up. Now when this happens (the reason why I have been hesitant to deposit at Cleos lately since it's happened recently), I call my bank immediately and they reverse the funds back into my account because they already see that Cleos is not going to request the payment from my bank and no reason for it to sit pending in my bank account 4-5 days. It is not a checking or savings account, btw.Next time I will check the cashier after my red face turns to it's natural color. When I have just enough for one deposit anywhere and Cleos eats it up like that ... it pisses me the F off! lol :angry:

kk, I will send this to the rep to see what he says. Let me ask though, like Laupat said she has, do you have access to your bank transactions online? That should be good enough instead of requesting a paper statement from your bank.In any case, I have emailed your issue to the rep already.

Yes, I do have an online banking account! It could take up to 2 days before I see it! Really doesn't make sense when my Virtual Spree credits went up and the deposit amount shows up in the transactions page! Anyway, whatever it takes I will do. I won't make a stop payment, that costs me $18.00 that on a $33 deposit!!!!

Oh, ok. Most online statements show pending transactions. I don't know if your bank is a local bank and shows transactions differently than other banks though.The rep is good about getting back to me fast and he is concerned about the issues members are posting so I should hear back soon about that deposit.Hang tight, chick. No need for a bank statement, I have detected and credited the missing transaction, and we will inform the customer about this very shortly. We usually ask for bank statements when the incident takes place outside office hours. This saves us time in the event that when we review the players transactions we are not able to find any unaccredited one (this isnt often the case but it happens). When this takes place, having the bank statement beforehand is very useful. Online statements are perfectly fine as well btw. Thanks for bringing this to my attention! Regards,

ok so pretty soon after I posted the last time I checked my email & there is one from Cleo's with a tracking number this is what it said: Dear Gina, This is the FEDEX tracking number for your $1500 cash in request: XXXXXXXXXXXX Kind regards, Karem Cleos VIP Room Support Team Destination Address:Concord, CA, US Estimated Arrival:May 27, 2014 Tracking history 5/21/14 7:34 PM NASHVILLE, TN 37210, US Left FedEx origin facility 5/21/14 2:41 PM NASHVILLE, TN 37210, US Picked up 5/21/14 8:32 AM Shipment information sent to FedEx (I am so disappointed that its gonna take this long)  *I miss the good old days when you won, you  requested a withdrawal, sent in your docs, it was ok'd, then processed, & sent it out via FedEx (overnight was an option the customer could select for an additional fee!) You had a check in your hand within 5 days!(from beginning to end!)  :surprise: :bull:
