I usually order small quanities when I order.For me, it seems to work out better.  Everytime I have done 3 or more items, BAM, cancellations come, and such.Thanks for letting us know LIMODANE55, kp us up to date. :roll:

When last checked, mine said Awaiting supplier's confirmation or something to that affect. "
Now it says Preparation in progress . Hope that means it they are packing it up and will be slapping a shipping label on it as we speak! lol

And now I have negative spree credits. When I logged in, I saw I had 7 items in my cart. I thought I had to resubmit them so I did.Now I have 2 orders for the same stuff but the second one that I just submitted right now, put me in the negative. Normally it would say you don't have enough credits, right? Crap! If I screwed up, that will add to my wait time or I have lost the 5000+ credits I did have before I hit submit just now. I think I have deleted the items in the just submitted order. We shall see what happens! Grrrrr! :angry:

Just ordered 1 at a time.. canceled... then tried 2...canceled. Mine was in progress...and STILL got canceled.. Chat said the supplier was out of item.. I told them they should not list it as available if the supplier doesn't have them...I guess I Bit'hed enough that they did credit me with a free chip.. BUT ... I want what I ordered.. I have lost track of how many VS credits I should have because of all the cancelations.

Well I never received my order (or an email regarding my order) and then after a couple of days my VS credits were back in my account. I give up. I deleted the casino from my computer and am no longer playing there. Cleo's started out with a bang and has slowly fizzled out."
Oh well, onto my other money traps! :)

You never got your stuff?!?!? OMG!With all the problems that Cleos has been having lately, I don't blame you for uninstalling it. And yes, the stuff isn't free. We do pay a pretty penny for it! :weird:

hey you guys beware with depositing with cleos. their processor has had problems. i was overcharged four times on my visa card. i asked them to investigate.first they said that those were preauthorized charges and they would drop off in 3 to 5 days. on the fifth day they posted. Then they told me the charges declined and it was my banks fault. i explained to them that credit card transactions are not processed unless sent from a processor first. then they said they credited my account at random times. i deposited those days well. they sent me a transaction sheet with deposits. on this sheet they just put all transactions without looking at credit card used. when i explained to them that three of the charges was from mastercard and should not be included on a visa card transaction investication. They told me the matter was taken care of and kept saying they credited my account. they refused to listen to logic. i also sent them statements from both master card and visa showing a total of 13 deposits, but got credit for 9 transactions of cleos transaction histor. they acted like this didn't matter. that shows four over charges over. they still havent rectified this matter and it has been two weeks. beware. some people have deposited and it takes three or four days to post. beware of cleos.

9 days ago, they cancelled my duplicate order for me. I now have positive credits again. And as of today, my order has been shipped. No email saying stuff was out of stock so my fingers are crossed I do get everything I ordered. This order, which is only my second one ever, took so long to get shipped. The first one was real quick to get. I don't have the stuff in my hands yet though. Counting my chickens again. Such a bad habit I have. Oh I get it. It took half the time for the first one because they only had to pack up half the stuff because the other half was out of stock! hahahaha JKI ordered on 9/27.

I checked my order status today, I should have said because I just got my package that was sent 2 day priority mail. I got everything I ordered and I have to say, the quality of everything I have ever gotten has been awesome. The sizes have always been bigger than what I expected though. Some earrings and a purse were larger than I thought they would be. Not a bad thing at all. And that's the reason why I never buy things online that I would wear, clothes especially.

Anyone still have problems getting paid from Cleos? My DIL cashed out $10,000 on 10/12 has only received one check for $2000 over 2 weeks ago. No response keeps telling her processor problems.

Oh Oh....Well it sounds like I should not get too excited or in a hurry for payment on my loyalty chip win several days ago.....I had won from them before and payout wasn't much of a problem, but see'in these posts here an on other boards makes me wonder about depositing there again....=( Hope we all get our $$ before Xmas time!!!

I wouldn't count on it before Xmas. Maybe after the New Year! Too many people saying it is taking a month or longer to get paid. Just from what I have read everywhere.

I wish I could just get a cash out. I would probably not mind waiting either, lol. As long as I was getting paid. But I know it is frustrating when you are expecting it at a certain time.

Because I was just told that all cashout issues have been resolved, I am going to need your username, jewelnurse, so I can send it to our rep to see what the hold up is with your cashout.

Its my DIL she is on a 7 day cruise but I think she has an account with you too. Her user name is sondishrum with cleo maybe sondi3j with you. I am afraid to give them any more $ til she gets hers. Cashed out $10,000 had only received $2000 as of a week ago receiced like 2-3 weeks ago cashed out on 10/12

I'll send off sondishrum to the rep to see if he can get her some information.Even though she's on the cruise, she does want to know, right? I guess I need to know that I am looking into it for her and not for you since it's not your winnings. lol

Mben can you check on mine username mommys i talked to chat last week and they said on the 9th i should be able to deposit again as i cant now because of the withdraw in process....i talked to chat tuesday and they said i should be getting email this week...nothing so far and still cant deposit...withdrew on 11/30 not sure if its to early to request help or not....thanks

Connie, do they state 12 business days to process withdrawals? If that's the case, today is the 10th day. Let's give them through early next week for them to send you the email. If you haven't heard anything by Tuesday or Wednesday, let me know. I hope you're ok with that.

update Mben is that it still is in the requested withdraw state...no email to confirm and when i go to live chat keep getting next week next week...looks like i won't be getting it before xmas after all....now that the weekend is here and holidays next week guess it won't be till next year...lol...i get it...username is mommys if you could find out anything...tyvm

I'll send this off for you, Connie.Being that it's the weekend, I probably won't hear back until Monday and even then I'll be holding my breath hoping the rep isn't out on holiday yet.I'll let you know as soon as I hear from him.

thank you...last time i talked to live support was on tues and she said it would be this week and i would have it before xmas...well this week went by and xmas is in 4 days so a no go for xmas...lol..
