Dear friends, on the 9th of October I deposited at Eurobets 200 EU with a 1200per cent promo. It was very hard to make the WR but I hit. Until then I have had problems. After sending all docs requested I didn't have any answer. I have 1000 plus 1000 plus 226. In chat they said "in a very short time". Then they answered the docs and faxform were OK. Then only silence. More than 2 months have gone. I played the 226 but of course the 2000 are still there cause I really need that money because of my illness. But when I enter into the chat nobody answers me anymore. I'm quite depressed. So please somebody help me. People say this casino is rogue, but I have always been an honest player and good depositor. I really thank for the attention.

Incredibile:3 weeks and never seen the other 1000. Are they so poor? I think this way of treatment of customers grows bigger their bad nomea.

Silence. It's a shame. 4 months and get half winning but if not for you I think I didn'see neither that.
I'm happy to have helped with the first 1000, Nike. I am still on the rep about the other 1000.

He still has no info for me today which is getting disturbing to me. We might need to put endorsing the casino on hold until they resolve this.

Hey Nike, the reply from the rep is that they are sending your other 1000 next month. He said that they are having issues right now, but didn't explain what they are.

I told him it better be at the beginning of the month, and not the end because you have been waiting forever already for your money.

For others following this thread... be forewarned of potential cashout issues if you decide to play here.

Update. I am still waiting for the half winning. "Next month" is ending. They don't answer to my emails.

I have had the last email on the 20th of January. They said "next week". Now the link doesn't work. They seem disappeared. I'm very sad about this matter because I need that money for my medications. Have no words.

That one I used to enter into the casino. It says no IP found. But I have used the PC where Eurobets was installed and talked with Sara. She said : be patient it takes only a few days. But I don't believe it anymore.

Nike, the rep told me this morning that he is applying pressure to the concerned department to get this paid.

This is after I threatened him with this... I'm going to have to put up a warning The forum telling our members to play at their own risk. It seems you guys are having big issues with payments. The player who still waiting for her money has posted again. She has not received her 1000. Warning our members is only doing right by them."

Let's hope he applies enough pressure to get you paid.

Anyone reading this, take it for what it's worth.

I am so sorry my 'help' has not gotten the other 1000 for you. The rep kept telling me the same as support was telling you. He sounded concerned about it, but his concerns haven't gotten this taken care of for you.

I have informed him that we will not endorse the casino anymore as of today.

Update. I think they are turning on us all. The request was made on the 9th October and I was payed on December with the method I choose (just only because your help, I am sure). The other one is on "processing" status so, even if I will, I couldn't put it again into my balance. First lie.
At that time there were cash out methods that are now desappeared. And it is not corrected or honest.
These two are based on bit coins option. I have tried to join, but it's a very long process and, anyway, I couldn't cash out real money, second thing I wonder why I should join a wallet that I'll never use in the future.
They changed in row and I don't understand why I have to use a different method. If they were honest they would have paid me with the method I choose.
Nobody answers to my ton of emails.

As I am into your hands, Pls tell them that I want my 1000 on my credit card and, as they change methods and promos, there's no need to put my money back into balance cause I have already requested.

Yes, they are having payment processor issues, and I would advise all players to take note if you continue to play there.

The rep urges you to cash out by Bitcoin. Many casinos have this option and it's a fast way to get paid. You just might want to use it at other casinos once you have a Bitcoin account.
