Finally they made it and I got an email informing me. I asked for withdraw 2 days ago. I hope it doesn't take months to have my money. I will update. Thanks all.

Update. My poor withdrawal is on reversal status. After your rep recommended "not to play the amount into the balance" but request for cash out. Cannot believe I have to wait for it still weeks and months.

No, of course. I had the limit of 2000 to cash out. So after your response, I went and seen that my balance was empty. I wrote it here and checked later. I found 1000 into my balance, requested with the new method and went away. When I have gone to check it out, I found my withdrawal had the 17th of April date and it was also on "reversal status" while I thought it was on processing. If they were in good faith they should be hurry to pay. It is an Oddity. And I can't imagine how things could have gone without your assistance.

But it is not the true, because I never had nothing. I ask you where are those money gone, because if Y pays X there are 2 options :
1 X receives that money
2 X doesn't receive that money and this goes back to Y.
