I would have answered, but I was out of town for 5 days and was just popping in when I can. Did not see your post. I do nothing anymore other than give you the links to use , the casino automatically handles it. So if your not getting it, there is a reason, such as an account with the same details has already received the spins at one of the casinos among others.
