Thanks for looking into this ohbhave but that is actually not the problem I and a couple of others are having. I talked to Tyler at live help and apparantely myself and 3 others tried to claim the free 20 and it did not go through to our accounts. he does not know why and said he is still waiting to hear back from management as to why it did not work for us. i have looked in all my accounts and there is nothing there to transfer. hopefully this will get resolved soon as i am itchin to play...lol.

My promo code was filled in by Live Support Rep Sheri, she had to fille out my registration because when I did it it wouldn't take, so yes I did have my ptomo code include when I had Sheri fill out my info."
Can any thing be done ? She also said she would turn this problem over to the Management, and haven't heard a word"
