After 5 chat sessions and still no bonus; I finally decided to just call the Support phone #.  Gave the gal my acct #, told her that I deposit on OnlineVegas quite frequently, and gave her THAT acct #, she credited my bonus very promptly!Didn't win a whole heck of a lot but I had fun and it kept me off the streets for a couple of hours!   Thanks Belgamo!

I talked to support about the error message i'm getting they changed my pw twice said to wait 3 minutes before logging back in which I did also said to uncheck save my pw which i did but still can't play get the same error message. Support was very nice and helpful its just got to be something on my end and can't figure out what. My bonus is there has been since yesterday got it in just a couple hours now to figure out the mystery so I can play it lol.
 
I am excited about this new bonus, but it seems a bit unfair that some people have to wait (I was told 48 hrs!!!) and others got it instantly. What's up with that???"

me and ed, sorry about the fact that VT does not accept sign ups from Canada. I'm sure you heard about the new RTG that Belgamo got a free chip for. They accept Canadians. "

mindydiann, I wish I knew how they determine who gets it instantly and who doesn't. I was told 24 - 48 hrs and received it in 24 so you will probably see it sooner than what they told you.

Thanks for the $20 Bel and grand vegas. I played it and cashedout the full $500. Docs were sent in last night and were approved when I checked this morning. I let you know when I get the check. Its express check so I should get it by next week. I know you have to wait 72 hours in pending mode then their suppose to send it.

i feel the same spade i try to be fair bt i was in chat today after downloading the casino days ago and they said i just requested the bonus today lol.They must be referring to me calling them this am.I actually requested when i opened the account and chated with migual anyway i give up its not worth the hassel happy spinning to whoever gets it

Yeah....LOLWell I have never deposited at a vegas tech casino and that was their excuse to me for not giving it to me!!

Got my bonus in about 6 hours and it went fast. Not at all impressed with this casino , no tournaments yet and the slot games I chose to play , my favorites that work for me , all play very rough and spotty. They would stop when they felt like it , no consistency whatsoever. Some spins would stop right away and others would spin for up to 15 seconds almost like it was searching for the place it wanted to stop. They're gonna have to get a lot better if they want any of my money. Gold, thank you for your review of the new casino but I want to remind you that this is a Grand Vegas thread and not an English Harbor thread. If you have a beef with EH, then create a new thread and put your findings there.

i downloaded from your banner, gave support the code. that was 2 1/2 days ago. i just found out that they won't credit my account because i live in california, but currently i am in oregon visiting my sister whom i had not seen for 20 yrs. when they checked my account and saw that the ip was coming from oregon as i am using my laptop and my sisters internet connection. they said that oregon is a banned state and they will not credit my account. i explained i was on vacation visiting family in oregon but i reside in california. didn't make a difference to them. i offered to email them a photo copy of my ca id, showing my ca address, but they just say no to everything i said. i am going to be up here for a month, and i guess i will not be getting the bonus because i downloaded from a state that is not my home state. i didn't even think about it, thought it didn't matter because i registered with my current address. i guess people who go on vacation should still not visit the forums and gamble online. just thought i would give you the heads up. i really thought this was unfair, but nothing i apparently can do about it

Thanks for the good offer and the 20,no wait a minute,I did´nt get it...Maybe they rewied my account as a bonus abuser,since all I´ve done,is signed through your links to other VT casinos.There´s no way i´m a bonus abuser,since I´ve never withdrawn anythin from VT casinos.Well,all I lost was my time downloading the casino and waiting in line for an hour for live support.Others get ,some people never get anything.
