A No Deposit Bonus is not a No Deposit Bonus if you have to make a Deposit to cash out winnings. Casinos that pull this scam typically require that you not only complete a playthrough on the original No deposit money, but then also complete ANOTHER playthrough on the winnings + the required deposit amt before you can withdrawal winnings at all. It's not as if you can win $50.00 on the no deposit money and then add $20.00 and receive a withdrawal for $70.00. It just doesn't work that way. If it did, I suppose that would be fine even though it would make no sense. Be aware that all casinos offering Play free for 1 hour and keep your winnings! (or something similar) will ALWAYS require a deposit (usually $50.00) and additional playthrough on both and, if you won a big amount in that 1 hour, your chances of making it through the second playthrough are slim and none. Asking for a deposit on the max amt withdrawal after playthrough (usually not much more than than the required min deposit) on a no deposit bonus is simply a round-about way to get your money no matter what and has nothing to do with security - that's what forwarding a copy of your Driver's License or ID and casino withdrawal forms are for. What these particular casinos hope for is that - on the second playthrough - you won't be so lucky. So, unless, of course, you have no expectations of coming out ahead and just want to play for awhile (which is fine!), I would stay away from this particular ruse since there are plenty of casinos that offer a ND without a catch (or THAT one, anyway) -or I'd just make the min deposit with or without a % bonus and go for the cut-and-dried winnings that way.
