I replied in the thread a few times with the new terms that were added.

Here is what the rep said. "All failed to qualify as they didn't use bonus free deposits "

At the time of this post, the only winner I am requesting the rep to look into is bernadette. If truly the free $5 comp was her last transaction and a deposit before that bonus free, I will see if the rep will credit her. If the casino credits you with a free comp, it's really not your fault. But then again, you may have been able to ask support to take it out of your account on account of this contest.

If any other winners want to state their specifics so I can plead a case with, please do.

Morning Mben , Nothing personal towards you but this sucks. First , You should change your choice of wording in your instructions to read "deposit bonus or matching deposit bonus" instead of "bonus free" because frankly I had no idea what was meant by that wording. The casinos ENCOURAGE you to take the DEPOSIT MATCH because it makes it very difficult to make your playthrough requirement thus making it more difficult to cash out. I do not always take mine and I don't believe I took it on my LAST deposit because the "match" was too low , I generally don't take the deposit matching bonus if it is under 50%. In any event , the casino should be honoring this simply for the fact that we ARE depositors ( and in some cases WERE depositors ) , we pay our money to play and they should respect that and allow us the simple pleasure of a fair contest winning. I would urge your casino rep to take another look at the situation and reconsider simply because "The customer is ALWAYS right and you ALWAYS want to keep the customer HAPPY". That's how you keep them coming back. If your customers don't come back then you are out of business , common sense. For such a paltry amount of credits , and I say that because we are only winning credits here , we then need to turn it into cash by completing a 40 X playthrough , the REP and / or the Casino should gladly pay out in order to promote good business and a good reputation that will enhance it's business , present and future. Man, this really sucks for all of you. I am soooo sorry this happened to you guys. I was worried that this would be the case for me if I had won and I guess I may have been in the same boat. I rarely make a deposit without taking a deposit bonus with it. It makes it nicer to have more money to play on. I truly am just so sorry for all of you.

Gold, I don't know how much clearer "must be a bonus free deposit" could be. It means a deposit without a bonus attached to it. Adding the word "deposit" or "match" in front of the word "bonus" wouldn't make it clearer than it already was.

I am sending your comment off to the rep right now though. It probably says it all for all the winners so it will probably be all I send him at this point.

and I do use their match deposit. Codes and you can see by the contest enterys that I deposit a lot there and very seldom get offered a free chip. I have been a loyal player, so let's see if being a VIP member has any benefits.
