WORST Halloween candy (by an NDF mile) is candy corn. I didn't know that you could make a candy out of cat litter, used baby diapers, and turnip greens.....but apparently you can, and it's candy corn!

The best candy has to be that current years rendition of peanut butter cups. This year it was the Franken-Cups and the white chocolate ghost cups!
