I want to make a statement about Slots Jungle. I had thought they were associated with WinPalace and Casino Titan, but I think I was wrong...I used a coupon code to deposit and won. They screwed me around a bit but I did get $500 from them, then I received an email from them that says the followingue to a management decision your account has been Excluded from Redeeming Coupons.How funny is that? Apparently if you ever win they don't want your business? We are not talking about Free Chips, I deposited!! I will never give that casino my money again, and would suggest everyone else do the same. When you win, if you request a cashout of $3000, which is the maximum, they will approve $500 and put the rest back in your account. Why would I bother depositing somewhere that does not pay out?Thanks for the opportunity to vent!

With all that said in red, I now want to find out why they did this to you, GeenaL. I can't say I will get an answer for you, but I will try.  They are not a Pit casino but if they keep this up .......

Yep, gliedke.  And at Slots Jungle I have only used the original free chip for opening my account using the link here, and deposited 3 times I think, using coupons of course, as that is what they are for.    As you know I have deposited plenty at Win Palace and Casino Titan, as you are the one that usually did my cash back.  I haven't cashed out from Casino Titan since they went into the group with Win Palace, though I did once before then with no problem.  Honestly this experience pretty much makes me hesitant to deposit at any of that groups casinos.  Thanks again,Gena

GeenaL, as I kind of thought, the casino's t's and c's state that they have all rights to exclude players from bonuses or even ban them (if it came down to that and not saying you are in that position). Also, to be fair to the casino, I have to let you know that with the $500 cashout being your first wire transfer out from the casino, the casino had to take some steps to ensure you could receive the winnings via wire to a USA bank. This could have been the reason why you feel you got screwed around. (I just requested a wire at Win Palace last night and I am ok if they take a little while. I know how US regulation can make it hard for the casinos to do things in a fast manner.)All that is what I got from the casino about your situation and it's not really a whole lot at all but I just wanted you to know that I am here for you with whatever issues you face.
