Problem with Withdrawal at Raging Bull Casino

Today's fun update involved finally getting ahold of my actual VIP host who has been out sick I guess. He had his director run a trace and the money should have been to me weeks ago. So I sent them my account history for the last several months to prove it never came and they will do an emergency payout tomorrow most likely if I got that to them in time. As frustrating as this is, at least my assigned VIP host is on top of stuff everytime I talk to him. If he were there everytime I need someone I would have had my money long ago.

So Raging Bull still = suck overall, but my VIP host "Ovi" kicks ass every time I work with him.

Alright, update time again. TL:DR version, still no money yet.

I have been sparing you all the details but it involves 3 times a week harassing from me to their team. Traces being run to find out why wire transfers failed, wait wait wait basically. So last week I lost it and stopped being nice, I figured 2 1/2 months of waiting earned me that right.

Got a call back from a supervisor yesterday trying to talk me into Bitcoin. I told them no and just send me a check. Well during this conversation she said they found out why I didn't get my money, the wire transfer failed for incorrect bank info. Well, I quadruple checked that info before I sent it, and also sent it twice. Plus I use that account for stuff like this so I know the details are legit. Turns out even though I verified and sent the correct info in, they still screwed the routing number. So I'm supposed to hear tomorrow or friday that my money was resent with the correct info. So in theory within the next 10 days or so I should have it.

Oh I also got a good cash at Posh this last week, at least I know those guys will pay me.

So it took them all this time to find out that they screwed up your bank wire info? All this time that they were researching, they just found the error on their part?

I don't know why you have not received your payment in all this time, but I don't believe that excuse they just gave you.

I totally agree Mben. Good chance they were just seeing if I would go away. I think they get it now that I am not going anywhere till I get my money. Then they can be done with me forever lol.

Won $1,800 in February, was paid $1,200, then was told that the second payment was sent two different times. I never saw the rest. Not gonna fight for it. As soon as they were bought by what I know to be a sketchy group, I knew I would never see the rest.

I'm on round 450 of this mess. Friday they tried to argue with me about the routing number I gave them, even though I have the email proof that it was correct, and showed them as much. Anyway, I told them to shut up about how they messed up, and fix it. So they said to check back today to verify the hard check is approved and ready to go. I'm on chat with them now...

You seriously have the most patience of anyone I know. The routing number thing sounds like a stall tactic like we all discussed before. Hang in there.

Anyway, I told them to shut up about how they messed up, and fix it.

His patience looks like it is going to run out soon. The word "postal" may appear in his replies soon. Yikes!

Lol, well its funny how pure stubbornness can be mistaken for patience. Patience left the building weeks ago. It is more about principle now. I will bug them each and every day twice a day till I get my money.

Just to follow up, a supervisor there ended up calling me since they wouldn't shut up about bitcoin and I lost it. I got so irked he had to check with finance and call me back 10 minutes later. So I'm not getting the check I wanted, but he said the wire transfer info is verified to be 100% correct now and I will have the money in my account this friday, or the following monday.

So at the very least they bought them selves a few more days till I have to raise hell again.

I almost don't believe it, but the money is in my account as of this morning. It only took just shy of 3 months lol. Now its time to uninstall that stupid casino's client from my machine.
Way to hang in there!!!!! I'm glad you finally got it!
