Hi Guys,

I am sorry, but I am going to waste more time on this topic. We have said it multiple times and I saying it again. We have processed the withdrawal accordingly from our end.

Sookie, please would you be so kind as to close this thread as we are just wasting time and tarnishing the reputation of my brands.

It has only been 7/8 working days since it's been processed. In the event that it doesn't appear by the 11th working day, please feel free question the withdrawal again.

WOW! I am more confused than ever, but, regardless, I stand with Raging Bull no matter the issue really happening here. I know from my experience with them that they are "A1, top-notch" people to deal with. They never "BS", they don't slow pay intentionally I'm sure, and they NEVER ignore the customer! If Dean says he sent something, it was sent. If Jason says that there are no issues with intentional slow pays happening, something else is impeding the process, not them.

I just wanted to put my 2 cents worth in before this thread gets shut down again (and I wouldn't blame you guys is you did!)

Good luck luckychick and maybe try to be more clear with what it is you are trying to express or say and it may help you out as well with any problems going on. I found your posts to be quite hard to follow and not very clear as far as the point you were trying to make. Just saying.

Nothing against you at all luckychick, just really trying to help a little.

Dean sent me an email last week on Monday March 21st that "assusred" me my money would be in my account last week and it never came.

Jason wrote in his first response to this thread that, "....Dean has spoken to luckychick and even furnished her with screen shots to prove payment was made"

I never was furnished with any screenshots to prove payment was made, which would be the SWIFT or WTR that banks send whenever a wire is sent.

While you have a right to your opinion, I recommend in the future that you get your facts straight before making such statements because it makes you seen naive.

And my I have nothing against you jumboscampi and sorry if my posts were confusing, but making such statements is implying I am lying here and RBC has done everything perfect.

I just wanted you to re-send the email with the screen shots to prove payment was made because I never got that email from Dean.

Once I get that email or my money....then my complaint has been resolved. But as of now, my payout is still money sitting in the cashier even though you say it was send on March 18th when all I got was the authorized email.

Jason, you keep avoiding answering my questions and it is in response to what you stated, so this is why it is so frustrating for me.

There are two solutions here for Raging Bull, pick one because trust me I want this issue resolved as well.

In this industry that is still an acceptable time to be waiting for a payout no matter if a player feels it is not or that it should be faster. Not only has it only been 7 to 8 working days since the withdrawal was requested but this thread was started 9 days ago! Now that doesn't seem very reasonable to me.

Mben and I have bent over backwards to help you with this for the last week answering you multiple times a day both in this thread and privately. As we told you there is nothing more can be done at this time except to ask again that you wait. Now if it actually hits 11 days and still no payment - we will revisit this matter for you.

(11 days will be 4 more full working days from now, so not before Tuesday)

Because I do care that luckychick receives her payment, I am following a thread of hers on one other forum. A bit of good news that I got from it is that Raging Bull's wire transfer fee is now FREE.

I don't know for how long this will be the case though. So if you're close to cashing out, this may be the way to go.
