Guess I might have to find another place to play. $65 is a LOT of money for one withdrawal:( First time ever my bank charged me for any deposit into my account. First time for everything I guess!

Well I know my bank charges for me to receive money, my credit union didn't though. I miss my credit union. Perhaps you want to ask your bank why they did this time?

I had the same thing... withdrew @ raging bull and I was charged an extra $20. Assuming it came from my bank.
Yes there is a fee at my bank both to receive and to send a wire transfer, I think one of them is $10 and the other is $20 but I don't remember which fee is for which. So far I haven't done either one with this bank.

Yes, one was more than I thought it was going to be and one was less. I'll pay m0re attention next time so I can be more specific. They should know what they are doing, and you know if you ask the banker to check on it, the answer is going to be it is correct.
I would think my bank would make a notation of any bank fees on the statement, and not just charge them without informing the customer in some way.

I don't remember exactly the amounts I entered in the requests, I was just happy to be able to withdraw and cover the fee as they had just redone their request to be more user-friendly.

Grand Fortune history says $150 bank wire withdrawal. I got $85. I thought maybe it had something to do with a sticky coupon, but I used a $40 NDB and they reversed $35.11.?

Raging Bull history says $115 bank wire withdrawal. I got $95.?

Grande Vegas history says $110 Card withdrawal. $9 fee. I ended up with $102.01. I'm liking the credit card option!

Okay, I hope you can solve this one.

Raging Bull $125 withdrawal.
I received $105.

My banks fees? Zero.
Wire Transfer Fees

Domestic Outgoing: $20
International Outgoing: $20
International Wire Service Fee: $25
Incoming: No charge

Withdrawal was from a deposit with no bonus.

Who has my other twenty dollars? :nono:

Hello Everyone!

Wow, I am back here after a long time :) :) Hope everyone is well.

As everyone knows Raging Bull and Grand Fortune charge a $45 wire fee, this is what our bank charges us in order to send an international wire transfer. Once a wire transfer hits a players account their bank then charges them a fee to receive an international wire this is usually in the range of $10 - $16 (This is from my experiences)

I have chatted to a few of my guys at the bank and we noticed that the intermediary Bank that our bank uses charges an additional $20 to us which in turn hurts you as the customer. Moving forward when we send payments we will add the extra $20 to your payment so when the intermediary bank send off the payment you guys do not take the knock.

Here is a simple example how it will work:-

Original withdrawal: $900
Wire Fee: $45
Amount to be wired : $855
Grand Fortune/Raging Bull process to player: $875
After GF/RB intermediary fees player will receive: $855

Once the player gets their correctly calculated amount whatever other fees their banks charge them is out of our control.

I hope this helps resolve everyone's questions and pondering. hehe.

I know we only have Wire Transfer as the only available withdrawal option but I can assure you that we are getting a Pay to Card option very soon :) :)

Have a Wonderful Weekend!

Best regards,

Dean

No, he said he would get ahold of his banks and get a trace file so I could send it to my bank to find out where the funds are? I have no idea what that file is? for the $$$ they charge us, there shouldn't be any leg work on our part to get it figured out.
