RTG stands for Real Time Gaming. Real Time Gaming is the software provider for casinos like iNetbet, Cherry Red, Intertops RED.Microgaming and Rival and Vegas Technology are other software providers for other casinos.

I have been able to cash out on cool cat casino.  I have just recently talked to Bob at cool cat casino on the phone.  He said there are alot of changes taking place and I should try their casino again.  I told him I would try, deposited 25 and won $250.00.  I will see if, and when I get paid.  As I said before I was paid before but it took about a month for my winnings to be deposited.  I will keep you posted if I received my winnings this time.

Before Ijoined this group, I must say, I have had my experiences, and learned my lessons in a very hard way.  This is the most recent, with Party City Casino, where I has met the wagering requirements they acknowledged that even on their live chat, and was able to withdraw $100.00.  They then came back and said that I can't, this is the e-mail I sent them: Hello,  I presently have a withdrawal pending with you for $100.00 via InstaDebit.  I have heard nothing regarding this withdrawal yet, and do understand it takes a few days, however, I thought I should have at least had an e-mail from support saying I had this transaction pending.    Last night I sent an e-mail to your casino about several other casinos who have been black listed due to not giving pay outs to people who have used a no deposit bonus.    As an example, I have forwarded to you another promotion I received, from one of the sites who promote your casino, and of course I will take advantage of this and play it for fun.  These are the type of e-mails I mentioned in my e-mail to your support yesterday that I keep getting.    If casinos do not want to pay people if they win, then this should be stopped at the time a bonus is being claimed, rather than letting it go through, and then say people are abusing the system.    I have forwarded all e-mails regarding this issue that I have written to yours and other casinos, to the Gaming Commissioner, as I have had nothing but problems with several casinos, and want this to end.     I would love to made a deposit into your casino, however as I have mentioned several times to your live chat, you do not have the methods that I can use.  I do not like credit cards, so do not have any, and the methods I use are InstaDebit, and UseMyBank.  I have suggested that casinos like yours should offer more methods, such as these, then people like me can make deposits.     I will wait for an e-mail regarding my withdrawal, and hope this is not going to end on a negative note.     Yours truly,     Michele Gmitrowski And this is just one example.  I have attached one of the screenshots I sent them.:

I was surprised to not see Grande Vegas on the original list...from my experience, they pay super fast (within a day) and they are always generous to me with bonuses, comps, and free chips.  I used to play at Casino Titan, but since they have changed, my new casino of choice is Grande Vegas.  Good luck!
