Hi feride.  I need you to give me some info before I send your account number off to the casino to look into. There have too many times that the player did not follow or understand all the terms of receiving the free chip, that every inquiry that has come back has an explanation as to why they were not eligible. When did you register with the casino? Do you have any accounts at any of the other English Harbor group? Do you live in Cananda, LA, MD, OR, or MO? killerkitty, there are too many times that a member will state they did not receive the $25 and when I send in their account number, we find out why they were not eligible.
