lamexi, I was thinking that when you posted in chat that you had posted cashback, it was claims for yesterday, 2/15/11, the day I sent the weeks worth off. I didn't know it was the whole weeks worth. I will not be able to send these off next week. I am very sorry but I have rules that I have to follow and cut off times that need to be in place. Look at it this way, if I say I will send off cashback at say midnight on Tuesdays, there will always be one person to come onto the forum at one minute after and ask for their cashback to be sent. If I say ok, I will have to say ok to the next and next and next. That would involve email after email after email to the rep and as it is now, sending just one email can get messed up at times. I see you had a lot of cashback to claim and that is my reason for this explanation. I feel very bad but there is nothing I can do.

Thank you for claiming your cashback, mikeyhorror.  Also, you should have seen an extra $10 credit over the last few days. That was to compensate for the cashback that you didn't receive last week that they claimed they gave you. After Sean looked at the amount, he said it was a couple of dollars short and sent you another $10. (if you were wondering where that came from) I did resend your claims from last week again this past Tuesday because I forgot about that extra $10. Maybe you got that today too? Check your account. But maybe you had a balance too (since you deposited yesterday) and didn't receive nothing again (but really got taken care of by that free $10.)

Yes, it would have caused your cashback to not get credited. Did you have over $2? Let me know when you are zeroed out and I will let the rep know. CASH BACK TERMS & CONDITIONS ·To qualify for a cash back bonus, a player must be carrying a balance below $2.

I don't know when it will happen though. It could be as late as Sunday only because our rep is 7 hours ahead of me and does not work Fri and Sat. It's around 7 PM Thr night where he is at right now.
