Awwww Beane, I'm sorry your claim was overlooked this week but Pam is doing what she can she can to get you credited. But like she said, she has no control over the crediting other than sending emails to remind the rep to get it done. Being that he is on his weekend (Fri - Sat), you won't see the credit sooner than Sunday and that's if it happens then. I'll have Pam send the rep another reminder today which he will read when he gets to the office on Sunday. I do make mistakes too, so let's cut Pam some slack.
