That is correct but this is even more mysterious. I got $13.00 credit and get it up to like 98 dollars and they take $49.50 after the unknown playthrough. It clearly showed the bonus is only $13.00 and I thought that is all they should remove. Please tell me if that is correct or fair?

Let me do some math according to the terms of the cash back chip.............  The cash back bonus must be wagered 40 times the bonus amount before making any cash-outs. Only bets placed on slots, keno and scratch cards will count towards the wagering requirements of the bonus. The cash back bonus will have a maximum cash out of 5x the bonus given Your $13 x 40 = $520 playthrough Your $13 x 5 = $65 max cashout So at the point when you made playthrough you were around $98. (approx) $98 - $49.50 = $48.50 left in your balance (approx) $48.50 + $13 = $61.50  (approx max cashout) The $13 chip most likely is non cashable. If you were at $111 when you hit playthrough and they took $49.50 you would have ended up with $61.50 in your balance. (approx amount of the max cashout) You should be able to play what you have to try to get it up to the max of $65.00. Let me know if this does or doesn't make sense to you and I'll try again.

I just stopped playing and lost it all so it is totally fine but to say the least I am totally done with deposits with them and their other sites. I just have always had issues with the not displaying the playthrough but will continue the free tournaments they offer. I am ok with it all beccause played for like 6 hours on $13. Thank you for looking into that for me!

You're welcome stinger and I am sorry this put a bad taste in your mouth with this group. Of course, it is totally your decision not to play there anymore but I wanted to make sure you understand that if you play their free tournaments without deposits in between and win, you may not get paid. It's almost like using free chips back to back.  We're here for you wherever you end up depositing at in the future!

It's just that Bet Phoenix has spoiled us so much with all of their promos plus that was the first deposit I had made with them in at least 2 months and put like $200 in Win Palace one day and was ice cold so that is what turned me away but with that $25 deposit I got it up like $600 so I am thinking will give it another whirl (pun intended) since you did a great job as always and they will get the playthrough feature added so I will wait until then. It is not easy doing what you do and it is appreciated 100%!
