I have not received a reply back yet, kristen. But I just remembered the rep is on his weekend. His weekends are Fri and Sat where he is at. I was thinking that you may have had that $20 chip (without knowing it) in your account when they went to credit your cashback. I assumed you played it and asked that he credits your account now. And of course, asked him about the T's and C's of what we discussed earlier. (lol looks like the Toby Keith song ....... I wanna talk about me! All those I, I, I's lol)

I was checking through out the morn and when you said it was credited, I checked again. I KEPT checking forthe next 2 hours and when I refreshed one time, it was there. So they added it after you stated that the cb was credited.

The Win Palace cashback is going to be taken care of the by the casino ASAP per the customer support rep I emailed. I cannot tell you how long ASAP is though. Please be patient. There have been times where cashback has not been seen in accounts until Sunday. "
