Just to be clear, in case I wasn't.I deposited 11/22, $125 which was the cb I claimed that week.I played on 11/25 after depositing, but was back to zero balance by end of day.From reading here.  The cashback was not credited until either 11/26 or 11/27, at which time I had a zero balance, but did not get my cb.    I did not say anything earlier, because I thought I had just missed it due to my balance.  No cb yet for last week either, for deposit of $80 on 12/2.Hopefully I was more clear..lol.Account: gliedke

I contacted Sean about the cashback yesterday and let him know that jonzee and Geena were not credited and asked why I was shorted. He said that was what I had claimed and that all have been credited. I looked at the dates of my deposits he says I claimed and lo and behold, they were the claims I had made the week before last week (which I received). Support got the wrong list(s) for this last week. "

This means those who claimed 2 weeks ago, but not this last week may have gotten a duplicate credit and those who did not claim 2 weeks ago and did claim this last week have not been credited. Does that make sense? "

Hi skumar,It usually takes 1-2 days but we have seen longer.This is the reason why I bumped the send off day to Tuesday rather than Wednesday. That way I have an extra work day to get on the rep if crediting isn't done in one day, before their office goes away on their weekend which is Fri and Sat.Before, I only had Thursday to get a hold of the rep and now I will have Wednesday and Thursday to get a hold of him if the crediting seems to be held up.I hope we just see accounts credited this week without me having to remind him to remind support.
