I don't remember it being like that. I have withdrawn in the past with Cleo's and I'm sure it was on a free bonus because I can never meet the other playthroughs, lol. But hey maybe I never betted over $1.40. I'm a low roller, ,lol!

When denied a cashout at other casinos because terms were not followed, do they give your deposit back? I'm thinking "no".

I know they don't.

I don't know if getting $14 back from Cleos to try again would make me happy in this situation. But then again, it is a "second chance". Seems like they went a little beyond for the player.

Don't get me wrong though ... I'd be pissed too.
