The public or government run postal service that has been operating since 1974 has a regular tracking system. So do all of the larger private carriers.If you don't act even some what agressive these people will walk all over you. The trueth is .....the dicision as to whether you will be paid has been made. Either they are stalling or they are telling you the trueth.... either way you should not act disinterested in so much money.... a Costa Rican would think you were crazy or another wealthy uS fat cat...-m

I got my first payout check today from Bet Royal !!! $1210.... delivered by DHL. 5 more checks to go to get my total cashout of $7300. Bet Royal kept there word, they pay even though I requested cashout on 9/25/07 and it took 5 weeks to get my first check but I'm not complaining now !! Thanks Bet Royal

what an ordeal you have had to go through, i dont understand why they need to see your bank statement and what you spend your money on. that worries me. all that they ask for worries me. too much, i would worry about id theft.i havent given anything to fortune lounge casinos and they mailed me an atm card and I get my money within 3 days. but they do have a daily limit and monthly... sorry you have had to go through all that, probably should never play there again, after you get your money.congradulations on the big win, i wonder what they would do, if you won a big jackpot, you would be waiting all year to get that.virg

By now some of you have heard my teary eyed story about my Bet Royal cash out and how it was a pain in my Butt Royally !!I am happy to say that I just expierenced the most fastest payout I have ever had. After I had my little winning streak at Villento on Saturday night , I decided to cash out at $1900 !! And yes, I do have a problem with cashing out when I have a nice chunk of $$ but greed gets the better of me ! I cashed out on Sunday morning about 12:30 am. I received and email this morning stating that my withdrawal was being processed ( after the 24 hrs ) and had a link that I could go check the point it was at and it was still being processed.I went to take care of stuff after reading that email, got home about 3 hours later and the $$ was in my Quick Tender account !!!!  I deposited through QT so they withdrew to QT and a plus in doing that is, I did not have to send Fax Back docs for my credit card. Hello!I have problem with withdrawal in Villento casino.I have sending my passport copy and It isnt approoved,because Im with glasses (but in another MG casinos it was all fine).I was chatting with operator and he said,that - you must get your passport copy certified and stamped with approval by a police official or court of law official.Have anybody this problem?

OMG, that is why those casinos are in THE PIT, that is total BS. I could 5 days MAX for both, but even thats pushing it.Let us know when/if you receive the money.
