Good advice, suekb.I went on a smearing campaign once for a casino that didn't want to pay me in a timely fashion. They took their sweet time about approving my cashout and paid me what they wanted when they wanted to. That's the reason why I became active on this forum years ago. I didn't know they were a rogue casino. My advice is to stick with it and get your money no matter how many tears you shed ... like me. lol I was looking at $7000. I got $3200 before I couldn't take it anymore and gave up.Good luck to you. I do hope you see your winnings.suekb329 wrote: I requested a cashout from sister casino Slots Inferno August 18 it still hasn't arrived lol. Same old story every time I call- it's on the manager's desk; and certainly will be paid. HAH - BUT, I contacted Hastings (the RTG software distributor) regarding the poor rep they're getting from non-paying casinos using their software and they actually responded. HERE'S the text of their email - I suggest ANYONE who's been ignored when it comes to payouts should file the complaint. Don't know if I'll ever get paid but if it causes the casino problems or the possibility of losing their license, then I'm all for it! We have been forwarded an e-mail you have sent to RTG Sales to advise of non-payment from several RTG licensees. We, Central Disputes Systems, are the only authorized third party dispute resolution platform for RTG licensees. As such we will require you to initiate a formal dispute against all the casinos in question and we will be glad to assist you.In order to initiate the disputes, please visit the casino's main page and towards the bottom of the home page you will locate our CDS logo. Click on the logo to obtain the submission form.Any further troubles, please let us know.
